About the Role
Centrum Human Capital Solutions Services, a leading human capital consulting firm, is currently recruiting experienced and professional Executive Drivers for immediate placement with our esteemed clients in Lagos. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their presentation, prioritize safety, and possess an excellent understanding of Lagos traffic and routes. While candidates residing in Anthony and surrounding areas are given preference due to accessibility, we welcome applications from qualified drivers living anywhere within Lagos as we manage multiple client requests across the metropolis.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport executives, clients, and staff to designated destinations across Lagos and surrounding states.
- Navigate traffic efficiently using Google Maps and other navigation applications while maintaining sound knowledge of alternative routes.
- Operate and maintain both manual and automatic transmission vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, including monitoring fuel levels, oil, tire pressure, and scheduling timely maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism regarding all passenger matters.
- Perform errand-running and other related logistical duties as assigned by the client or management.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience in Lagos.
- Previous experience working as an Executive or Personal Driver is a distinct advantage.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated proficiency in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Exceptional knowledge of Lagos roads, major landmarks, and alternative routes.
- Impeccable personal presentation, neatness, punctuality, and courtesy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients.
