Key Responsibilities- Present and anchor engaging sports programs, news updates, and live match analyses in fluent Yoruba.
- Conduct insightful interviews with athletes, coaches, and key stakeholders in the sports industry.
- Research, write, and produce compelling sports content, keeping up-to-date with local and international sports news.
- Interact with listeners and sports fans through phone-ins, social media, and live studio events to boost audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm creative show segments, topics, and broadcast strategies.
- Proven experience as a Sports Broadcaster, On-Air Personality (OAP), or similar media role.
- Exceptional fluency and articulate delivery in both spoken and written Yoruba and English.
- Deep knowledge of global and local sports, particularly football, athletics, and Nigerian sports culture.
- Strong communication, voice modulation, and improvisational skills for live broadcasting.
