About the Role
Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Workforce Business Partner (South South) to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning our people strategy with overarching business priorities to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and talent retention.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure optimal structure and talent placement.
- Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and independent contractor engagement to strengthen team culture.
- Analyze people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Champion change management initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory capacity.
- Demonstrated experience operating within fast-paced, matrixed, or tech-driven environments.
- Strong command of core HR functions including performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
