About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building a robust financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a dynamic Workforce Business Partner (North West) to act as a strategic advisor to our business leaders. In this role, you will ensure that every people-related initiative—from performance enablement and workforce planning to leadership effectiveness—is executed with precision, empathy, and measurable impact, bridging the gap between business needs and people solutions across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and retention.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure the optimal structure, roles, and talent are in place.
- Coach and influence leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and Independent Contractor engagement to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
- Analyze people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations.
- Champion change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and local labor laws while promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
- 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory capacity within fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions including performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Preferred experience supporting technical or commercial business units in a fintech, banking, or tech industry.
