About the Role
The E-waste Producer Responsibility Organization of Nigeria (EPRON) is seeking a talented and passionate Web Designer/Developer to join our dynamic team in driving environmental sustainability. As a key Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) established by electrical and electronic producers, we are dedicated to implementing the Extended Producer Responsibility policy and ensuring the environmentally sound management of e-waste across Nigeria. In this exciting role, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of our core digital platforms, directly contributing to a cleaner and greener future for our nation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop intuitive, responsive web dashboards that streamline e-waste tracking and management processes.
- Integrate advanced GIS and tracking features to monitor recycling operations and logistics effectively.
- Implement AI-powered support systems to enhance user engagement and provide seamless assistance on our platforms.
- Build and optimize automated workflows and invoicing systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive UI/UX enhancements to deliver exceptional digital experiences for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy robust web solutions.
- Proven professional experience in web design, web development, and full-stack implementation.
- Strong proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant backend technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design principles with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric digital products.
- Familiarity with GIS mapping tools, AI integration, and workflow automation software is a distinct advantage.
