About the Role
Dunn & Braxton is currently recruiting a dynamic Wealth Manager to join our growing team of professionals in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving deposit mobilization, expanding our investment portfolio, and providing bespoke financial advisory services to affluent and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Source and manage a robust portfolio of high-net-worth and institutional clients for deposit and investment products.
- Drive deposit mobilization by actively promoting fixed deposits and strategic investment plans.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and recommend tailored investment strategies.
- Monitor deposit mobilization targets to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly growth KPIs.
- Maintain strong, lasting client relationships to improve retention, encourage repeat business, and generate valuable referrals.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and market presentations to keep clients informed of new opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fixed deposit mobilization, investment sales, wealth management, or portfolio growth.
- Possession of a strong, transferable portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, investment markets, and Nigerian regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales, revenue, and deposit mobilization targets.
