Key Responsibilities- Source and manage a robust portfolio of high-net-worth and institutional clients for deposit and investment products.
- Drive deposit mobilization by actively promoting fixed deposits and customized investment plans.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to develop tailored wealth management strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships to improve retention, encourage repeat business, and generate valuable referrals.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs regarding deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with Nigerian financial market trends to provide clients with insightful investment opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards across all financial activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fixed deposit mobilization, investment sales, wealth management, or portfolio growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a transferable portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and investor behavior in Nigeria.
- Exceptional business development, client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
