About the Role
Sayed Farms Limited is a leading name in the Nigerian poultry and frozen food distribution sector, committed to delivering quality products across our branches in Ibadan and Abuja. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to drive our inventory planning, demand forecasting, and overall warehouse operations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and manufacturing landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement inventory plans, demand forecasts, and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Establish minimum and maximum stock levels, monitor material consumption, and collaborate with the Procurement Department for timely replenishment.
- Manage the receipt, inspection, documentation, and proper storage of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to production in line with approved plans and oversee finished goods dispatch and order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliations, cycle counting, periodic stocktaking, and variance investigations.
- Utilize ERP systems to track material movements, manage stock records, and generate actionable reports for management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience in warehouse management within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Extensive expertise in inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and fleet administration.
- Hands-on proficiency in using ERP systems and modern warehouse management software.
