About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our finished goods warehousing operations, ensuring optimal storage, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch while driving compliance with stringent safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the receipt, stacking, storage, picking, and dispatch of finished goods efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of dispatch orders utilizing customers and 3PL trucks.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Maintain real-time, accurate inventory records within ERP systems such as SAP.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies across all warehouse operations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Plant Logistics, Transport, and Sales teams to guarantee a smooth flow of goods.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and track core KPIs including order accuracy and on-time dispatch.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and SAP.
