About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Stock Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse operations, and supporting our commitment to excellence in the food supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log incoming food products and materials into the warehouse management system.
- Monitor stock levels daily and conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas in compliance with food safety and industry standards.
- Process requisitions and prepare stock for dispatch to retail and distribution channels promptly.
- Enforce strict warehouse security protocols and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory transactions and movements.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of proven experience in warehouse stock management or inventory control, preferably in the FMCG or food sector.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage heavy inventory loads.
