About the Role
Seven Up Bottling Company is a globally recognized leader in the beverage industry, renowned for innovation, iconic branding, and a relentless commitment to quality. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure proper stock storage, issuing, documentation, and accountability to support seamless production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the receiving, offloading, and secure storage of raw materials from vendors, Central Stores, and other regional facilities.
- Oversee the accurate issuing of raw materials to production adhering strictly to FIFO principles and fulfilling stock requests for internal users.
- Manage the prompt posting of all raw materials and inventory transactions using the Navision system.
- Conduct daily physical stock counts of all raw materials, generating comprehensive daily and weekly reports for management.
- Prepare daily raw material ageing reports for both local management and Head Office review.
- Monitor and maintain optimal re-order levels for all active raw materials to prevent stockouts.
- Minimum of a First Degree (HND or BSc), preferably in a social science or analytical discipline.
- At least 5 years of cognate experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Relevant professional supply chain certifications will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
- Working knowledge of modern warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety policies.
- Proficient in stock reconciliation, warehouse layout optimization, and numerical data interpretation.
