Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Store and organise inventory systematically using FIFO and FEFO principles to minimise waste and spoilage.
- Maintain meticulously accurate stock records and conduct routine physical stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.
- Pick, package, and prepare outgoing goods efficiently for safe and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate loading schedules, deliveries, and manage all necessary dispatch documentation.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene and ensure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, and general safety regulations.
- Monitor daily stock movement patterns and report any variances or operational bottlenecks to management promptly.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using modern inventory management software and maintaining stock documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional organisational abilities.
