Founded by esteemed businessman Mr. Steven Ukpabi, we are dedicated to providing world-class lodging, dining, and leisure experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic and well-mannered Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic front-of-house team and deliver impeccable service to our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly while presenting menus and making thoughtful recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain table hygiene throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications or professional hospitality training.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, polite, and customer-centric disposition with a neat professional appearance.
- Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or resort environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
