Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to customers professionally with a warm and polite demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are kept clean, sanitized, and properly arranged at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a proactive approach to ensure all guests have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification.
- Previous working experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
