About the Role
Musada Hotels and Luxury Suites is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining establishment, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and world-class service. Key Responsibilities- Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, portions, and dietary requirements, and offer daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the hotel POS system and communicate seamlessly with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Prepare and maintain tidy dining areas, set up tables, and manage bill settlements accurately.
- Up-sell additional menu items and anticipate guest needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the restaurant.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc in relevant fields.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Waiter or Server in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Smart presentation, warm personality, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
