About the Role
Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research (EMCR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing equal access to healthcare for economically disadvantaged populations in rural and underserved communities. We leverage technology to bridge healthcare disparities and conduct rigorous clinical research to understand the safety and effectiveness of medical treatments. We are currently inviting applications from qualified, passionate women residing in Abuja to join our team as Volunteer Clinical Research Officers and contribute to impactful community development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, coordinating, and executing clinical research studies and health programs.
- Gather, manage, and analyze health data to evaluate treatment safety and efficacy in underserved populations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver primary healthcare and humanitarian assistance.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs focused on health equity.
- Maintain accurate research documentation and adhere to ethical standards in clinical research.
- Must be female and currently residing in Abuja, FCT.
- Possess a degree in a relevant healthcare, scientific, or social science discipline.
- Hold valid professional licenses if applying for regulated medical roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and professional skills.
- Show a genuine commitment to humanitarian assistance and community development.
