About the Role
Sage Grey Technologies Limited, a leading technology provider known for developing practical and sustainable solutions across various sectors, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor / Graphics Designer to join its team. This role is ideal for a visually driven professional who can craft compelling video content and high-quality graphics that strengthen the organization's brand identity and communication goals across digital and print platforms.
As the Video Editor / Graphics Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how Sage Grey Technologies tells its story visually, from social media campaigns to internal communications and promotional materials. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to produce impactful, on-brand creative assets that resonate with audiences and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Design creative graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video productions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create visually engaging campaigns.
- Capture and organize video footage when required.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
- Optimize video and graphic content for different digital channels, including websites and social media.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in video editing and graphic design.
- Maintain an organized archive of creative assets and project files.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Graphics Designer, or in a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design projects.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative tools.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and export settings for multiple platforms.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Basic photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
