Hay Property Development Limited (Hay Properties), a leading real estate and agro-real estate development company in Nigeria, is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. Incorporated in 2021, we specialize in strategic land acquisition, residential developments, land banking, and agricultural investments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our properties and agricultural ventures to life through compelling visual storytelling, helping us connect with prospective clients and investors across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and produce engaging, high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Transform raw footage from property tours, site inspections, and corporate events into professional, polished visual content.
- Create captivating property showcases, promotional videos, and targeted marketing campaigns that highlight the value of our real estate offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm innovative concepts, storyboard ideas, and execute campaign strategies.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the Hay Properties brand identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
- Manage post-production workflows, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and timely delivery of finalized assets.
- Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably within the real estate, property development, marketing, or media production sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing skills, creative storytelling, and successful social media campaign outputs.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital video trends, social media algorithms, and content preferences on TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
