About the Role
VFD Group is inviting driven, high-potential graduates to join its Future Leaders Graduate Trainee Programme 2026, an immersive 18-month journey designed to develop the next generation of business leaders within Nigeria's alternative financial services industry. This programme offers hands-on exposure to real business challenges, cross-functional rotations, and mentorship from senior leaders across the VFD ecosystem.

Choose Your Career Track
Track 1: Investment & Capital Markets - Ideal for individuals passionate about finance and capital markets, with rotations across Asset Management, Treasury, Corporate Finance, and Investment Management. You'll develop a strong understanding of capital allocation, investment evaluation, and financial strategy.
Track 2: Operating Businesses - Suited for those interested in building and scaling high-performing businesses, with rotations across Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales & Business Development. You'll gain practical experience in operations, customer engagement, and commercial execution.
Track 3: Corporate & Strategy - Perfect for individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, with rotations across Group Strategy, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Technology & Product Management. You'll contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and digital transformation projects.

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent.
- Completion of NYSC.
- No more than two years of post-graduate work experience.
