About the Role

Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vendor / OEM Specialist to join our growing team of engineering professionals. This role is central to ensuring seamless coordination between original equipment manufacturers, vendors, and project teams, supporting the successful delivery of equipment commissioning and technical support across our Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering Design projects.

As a Vendor / OEM Specialist, you will serve as the technical bridge between clients, vendors, and site teams, ensuring equipment performance, documentation accuracy, and compliance with OEM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support during equipment commissioning and start-up activities
  • Interpret OEM manuals, datasheets, and technical documentation accurately
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and vendor-supplied materials on site
  • Serve as the primary interface between clients, OEMs, and vendors
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project records
  • Ensure compliance with OEM procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Support project teams with vendor coordination throughout project execution

Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience working with OEMs/vendors within Oil & Gas or EPC projects
  • Proven experience in equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Strong understanding of OEM documentation, procedures, and industry standards
  • OEM Certification (preferred)
  • Mandatory certifications: First Aid & CPR, H2S Alive, and Permit to Work (PTW)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
