We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Valet Runner / Delivery Personnel to join our vibrant laundry department located in Peter Odili, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients experience seamless, prompt, and professional service by managing the collection and delivery of laundry items with utmost care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport laundry items between the facility and client locations in a timely manner.
- Receive, sort, and log incoming and outgoing laundry items accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions and pick-up or drop-off sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and routine checks of the delivery vehicle or means of transport.
- Ensure all delivery schedules and routes are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and special instructions professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant academic qualification.
- Proven work experience as a delivery personnel, valet runner, or in a similar hospitality or logistics role.
- Familiarity with routes and locations within Port Harcourt, particularly the Peter Odili axis.
- Valid rider or driver license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
