Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, well-structured, and effective classroom instruction tailored to learners' needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials in line with the curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and accurately report on learners' academic progress and development.
  • Actively participate in school programmes, staff meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, organised, and learner-centred classroom environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school management to uphold the school's academic and Montessori values.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding learners' progress and welfare.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Science, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
  • Nigeria Certificate in Education (N.C.E.).
  • Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and learner assessment.
  • Good digital and ICT skills for modern classroom instruction.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early and upper grade education.
