About the Role
Polaris Digitech Limited is an efficiently well-run company of professionals dedicated to impacting rural and urban development and infrastructure in Nigeria through the development and deployment of advanced Geo-information Management Systems. We are currently seeking a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to help shape our digital products and enhance our online presence across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to continually improve the overall user experience.
- Create high-quality, visually compelling graphic designs that align seamlessly with the company's brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure effective and accurate design implementation.
- Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility standards are met across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain and scale comprehensive design systems for ongoing and future projects.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 2 years of proven, relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma and other standard industry design tools.
- Strong working knowledge of core UI/UX principles, prototyping techniques, and responsive design frameworks.
- A robust and professional portfolio showcasing previous digital design and product projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is considered a strong added advantage.
