About the Role

We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our digital products, translating complex user needs into elegant, user-friendly designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to collect and evaluate user requirements.
- Illustrate design concepts and user journeys using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields.
- Create comprehensive UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and visual hierarchy.
- Develop unique graphic designs and prepare rough drafts to present to internal teams and leadership.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UX issues promptly to optimize the overall user experience.
- Implement layout changes and iterative improvements based on direct user feedback and usability testing.
- Maintain consistency by strictly following established font, color, and image style guidelines across all digital assets.
- Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Relevant degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is an advantage.
