Key Responsibilities- Inspect tyres thoroughly for wear, tread depth, structural damage, and overall safety concerns.
- Safely fit, remove, repair, and replace tyres across a diverse range of vehicles and equipment.
- Perform professional tyre rotation, precision wheel balancing, and routine pressure checks.
- Diagnose complex tyre-related issues and provide expert recommendations to clients or fleet managers.
- Maintain all workshop tools, machinery, and service equipment in optimal working condition.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry workshop safety procedures and environmental standards at all times.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience as a Tyre Service Technician, Tyre Technician, or in a similar automotive role.
- Demonstrated practical experience with tyre fitting, vulcanizing, repairs, balancing, and wheel-related services.
- Proficiency in operating modern tyre service equipment, pneumatic tools, and diagnostic machinery.
- Strong knowledge of tyre safety regulations, load ratings, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
