About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Truck Force Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for overseeing tyre maintenance, inspections, and performance management for commercial truck and bus fleets, ensuring optimal safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive wheel, fleet, and scrap tyre inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead the Truck Force team and oversee daily service activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide expert technical support to the sales team and conduct product and tyre performance evaluations.
- Train customer personnel on proper tyre maintenance best practices to extend tyre lifecycles.
- Gather and report valuable competitor and market intelligence to support business growth.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of practical, hands-on experience in commercial truck and bus tyre maintenance and inspection.
- Proven background in tyre management, fleet tyre operations, or Truck Force environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of tyre products, wear patterns, and performance analytics.
- Preferred industry background includes tyre manufacturers, distributors, service companies, or industrial tyre operations.
