We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Trainee Recruitment Consultant specifically for NYSC Corp Members to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training, equipping you with the essential skills required to thrive in modern recruitment and executive search.
Key Responsibilities- Source and place top-tier talent with leading client companies utilizing diverse methodologies, networking, and headhunting.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from candidate screening and interview preparation to feedback delivery.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with candidates and assist in building new client relationships through lead generation.
- Draft and post compelling job advertisements based on specific client requirements.
- Utilize our world-class cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage data and streamline recruitment workflows effectively.
- Keep up to date with market trends and specific client hiring needs to ensure unparalleled service delivery.
- Must currently be serving in the NYSC program (Batch 2026).
- Possess a relevant university degree with exceptional academic or extracurricular achievements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional telephone and video manner.
- Highly tech-savvy with a natural aptitude for learning cloud-based software and digital tools.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and possessing a strong understanding of sales and negotiation principles.
