Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with personal care, including bed bathing, grooming, and diaper changes for both adults and infants.
- Help with daily mobility, ambulation, and routine physical exercises.
- Manage meal planning, food preparation, and patient feeding.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance as prescribed.
- Perform light housekeeping chores and run errands specific to the patient's needs.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and doctor visits.
- Monitor vital signs closely and provide immediate emergency response when necessary.
- Support specialized needs such as wound care, physiotherapy exercises, and lifestyle education.
- Proven training and relevant certification in caregiving, nursing aid, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience in home care, elderly care, or hospital environments is an advantage.
- Strong empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
