Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor operational activities and performance data on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain accurate records and consistently update tracking systems and databases.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Analyze data trends, patterns, and discrepancies to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to gather and verify accurate information.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with established company procedures.
- Flag inconsistencies or irregularities in data and escalate issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement of tracking systems and reporting processes.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Graduates in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in data management tools and reporting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
