About the Role
Mirahub Limited is a leading service-oriented company based in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in mobile device collection, management, and repair solutions for top smartphone brands such as TECNO, Infinix, and itel. We are currently looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic technical operations team and deliver innovative repair services.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose complex hardware and software faults on a wide range of mobile devices.
- Replace damaged components including screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras accurately.
- Perform software troubleshooting, operating system updates, device flashing, and configurations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and functional testing before returning devices to customers.
- Maintain precise records of all repairs, spare parts usage, and completed service jobs.
- Ensure the safe handling and secure storage of all customer devices within the facility.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with standard workplace safety rules.
- Communicate repair statuses and timelines professionally with customers and service advisors.
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO, with OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or IT as an advantage.
- Proven hands-on experience working as a mobile phone technician or smartphone repair specialist.
- Deep understanding of Android hardware architecture and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in utilizing specialized repair tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic software.
