About the Role

We are currently recruiting a driven Technical Support Engineer on behalf of our client in the construction sector. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between engineering expertise and commercial success by promoting construction chemical products, building contractor relationships, and providing top-tier technical solutions across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Nigerian construction industry.
- Promote and sell the company's specialized construction chemical products and solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and key distributors.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and manage the sales pipeline to conversion.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot new project opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to guarantee seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction chemicals, B2B technical sales, or client-facing engineering.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and structural requirements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Must reside in or be able to commute conveniently to Ikeja, Lagos.
