About the Role
Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited (EPIFL) is a premier integrated agribusiness enterprise located in Igbariam, Anambra State, Nigeria, specializing in large-scale poultry production to meet national food security and protein needs. We are currently seeking an exceptionally intelligent, analytical, and execution-focused Technical Assistant to work directly with our Managing Director and CEO. This high-impact role provides direct exposure to executive leadership, strategic agribusiness management, and large-scale agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level analytical and technical support to the MD on strategic, financial, and operational matters.
- Conduct detailed financial and unit economics analysis across the poultry value chain, including feed production, hatcheries, broilers, layers, and processing.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow planning, and organizational cost-control initiatives.
- Develop executive management dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations for board-level decision-making.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and productivity opportunities across farm production, processing, and distribution networks.
- Coordinate and monitor strategic capital projects, tracking timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Evaluate new business opportunities through rigorous feasibility studies and investment appraisals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience gained within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or structured corporate finance environments.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for the agriculture and agribusiness sector in Nigeria.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with exceptional financial modeling skills.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
