We are currently seeking a strategic, technically proficient, and highly organized Technical & AI Programmes Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of our technology and AI-focused programmes. The successful candidate will translate AI opportunities into impactful learning experiences and innovation initiatives while managing key stakeholder relationships across Nigeria's tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of AI, data science, technology, and digital transformation programmes from conception to completion.
- Translate programme objectives into clear technical requirements, implementation roadmaps, budgets, and actionable KPIs.
- Provide technical direction for AI-enabled solutions, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous quality and impact standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, technical partners, facilitators, and mentors across various bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies, academic institutions, government bodies, and startup ecosystems.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and use cases to address workforce and governance challenges through hackathons and innovation challenges.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in AI, technology, programme management, or technical project management.
- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI APIs, and automation tools.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary projects, monitoring risks, and delivering programmes within scope and budget.
- Familiarity with technical tools such as Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and project management applications like Jira or Trello.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
