About the Role
Estrada International Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment excellence across specialized industry verticals. This hybrid role combines executive search expertise with strategic talent community building, offering you the opportunity to shape recruitment outcomes for leading organizations across Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, FMCG, and Construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Execute vertical market sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter techniques to identify and map technical talent
- Lead executive search mandates for C-suite and senior leadership positions with precision and strategic insight
- Generate and qualify leads for new client mandates within assigned industry sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through final client recommendations
- Conduct comprehensive pre-screening assessments evaluating technical competencies and cultural alignment
- Organize and facilitate executive search webinars and market referral groups to expand reach and thought leadership
- Build and nurture specialized talent communities, maintaining EISS as a top-of-mind recruitment partner
- Develop analytical reports transforming recruitment data into actionable market insights for clients
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with EISS standard operating procedures and legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in any discipline; HR or Social Sciences background preferred for executive search roles
- 1–3 years of proven HR/Recruitment experience in target verticals (Healthcare, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, FMCG, or Construction)
- Expert-level proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping methodologies
- Experience in recruitment consultancy with demonstrated sector specialization
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to generate market intelligence reports
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities managing multiple vertical pipelines simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills with candidate-centric approach and webinar facilitation experience
- KPI-driven mindset with proven execution focus in high-performance environments
- Competitive monthly salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (Gross)
