About the Role
Scruples Resources, a leading consultancy and human resource development firm in Nigeria, is seeking a seasoned and technically proficient Support Services Analyst III to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will provide expert technical oversight, ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks both onshore and offshore.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional, technical, and analytical duties to maintain enterprise computer systems, client/server architectures, and desktop networks.
- Analyze, detect, identify, and promptly correct complex technical problems and system deficiencies.
- Configure, install, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and specialized software components.
- Manage comprehensive inventory control, asset tracking, and supplies management for all IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance, collect vital performance data, and implement optimization strategies.
- Oversee third-party IT service contractors delivering critical support for IT infrastructure and telecommunications services.
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable professional experience specifically within the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
- Extensive, hands-on working knowledge of personal computers, network hardware, operating systems, software suites, and network communication protocols.
- Relevant professional certifications in IT service management or technical engineering fields.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating expert-level proficiency in technical problem-solving.
