We are currently seeking a results-driven Supply Planning Executive to join our supply chain team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Supply Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our supply chain network. Your day-to-day duties will directly impact product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand and supply plans across key product categories to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to guarantee timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage purchase orders, track stock levels continuously, and proactively identify potential shortages or excesses to recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier performance, support material cost optimization, and foster strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate planning data, support continuous improvement initiatives in our supply chain processes, and prepare regular analytical reports for key stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain operations, ideally within the Nigerian or West African market.
- Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Solid understanding of purchasing, procurement, and supply management principles.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and planning tools, with familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle being a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills to meet strict deadlines, and a commitment to ethical workplace practices.
