About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Supermarket Manager to oversee our retail store operations. Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a dynamic team of cashiers, floor attendants, and inventory personnel to meet performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, prevent shrinkage, and coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers.
- Ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained and resolve any customer complaints professionally.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, promotional displays, and product categorization to boost sales.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, analyze retail trends, and manage POS reconciliation and cash-handling controls.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in supermarket or fast-paced retail management.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial budgeting.
