We are currently recruiting a skilled Subsea/Pipeline Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this vital role, you will spearhead the design, technical evaluation, installation, commissioning, and integrity management of subsea pipelines, risers, and associated offshore infrastructure. Key Responsibilities- Develop and review pipeline design calculations, specifications, engineering reports, and detailed technical drawings.
- Support strategic pipeline route selection, installation analysis, and complex subsea tie-in designs.
- Evaluate critical parameters including pipeline wall thickness, stress, stability, expansion, and free-span requirements.
- Assess and mitigate corrosion, buckling, fatigue, and various pipeline integrity risks.
- Coordinate seamlessly with subsea, structural, geotechnical, materials, and construction teams.
- Review contractor procedures and vendor documentation to ensure absolute quality control.
- Provide technical support during offshore installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
- Ensure total compliance with applicable DNV, ASME, API, and project-specific international standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, Marine, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant subsea or pipeline engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven track record in offshore pipeline design, installation, and comprehensive integrity management.
- In-depth knowledge of pipeline design codes, riser systems, flowlines, and subsea connection methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry-standard pipeline engineering software and regulatory frameworks.
