Medmina College, Ibadan is looking for passionate and dedicated Subject Teachers to join our vibrant academic community. We currently have openings for teachers in the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Yoruba, and Technical Drawing/Basic Technology. If you have a genuine love for teaching and the ability to make learning meaningful and engaging, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area in line with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Foster the moral and intellectual development of students, reinforcing sound Islamic values.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support student growth and school development.
- Prepare and mark tests, assignments, and examinations promptly and accurately.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs as required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
- A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Strong moral character, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
