Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services tailored to individual client preferences and facial structures.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling goals and offer expert professional recommendations on hair care maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest global hair trends, techniques, and premium product advancements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every client enjoys the signature Mercy Whyte mindful luxury experience.
- Assist with salon operations, inventory management, and client appointment scheduling when required.
- Proven professional experience as a Stylist in a reputable, high-end salon environment.
- Relevant professional certifications, vocational training, or diplomas in cosmetology and hairstyling.
- Deep knowledge of various hair textures, styling products, and chemical application safety.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
