About the Role
Belrald Health (operating as Belrald Diagnostics), a leading and certified medical diagnostic center and clinical immunization facility in Ibadan, Nigeria, is seeking a diligent and organized Storekeeper to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will oversee our inventory operations, ensuring that all medical consumables, reagents, and chemicals are accurately tracked, safely stored, and readily available to support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate daily stock-in and stock-out records for all medical supplies, reagents, and chemicals.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and prepare timely inventory reports for management.
- Implement and manage FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management systems.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Monitor and track expiry dates of sensitive medical consumables and laboratory materials to minimize waste.
- Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and security of the storage facility in compliance with health and safety standards.
- OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant inventory or storekeeping experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized inventory management systems.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and meticulous record-keeping skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FIFO and FEFO inventory principles.
