About the Role
Vitality Central Park is expanding its dynamic operations at the Vitality Clubhouse in Abuja, a premier leisure and social venue featuring a restaurant, bar, roof terrace, and recreational attractions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to oversee our inventory, manage stock levels, and support our daily operations in maintaining a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food, beverage, equipment, and general supplies using modern stock management systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with the management team.
- Organize and optimize storage areas to ensure proper rotation, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Issue and distribute stock to various clubhouse departments based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, flagging items that require reordering.
- Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent relevant qualification in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or inventory clerk, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift heavy items and maintain stamina during physical tasks.
