Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and activities of the store to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage stock receiving, storage, issuance, and replenishment processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and comprehensive stock documentation.
- Monitor stock levels proactively to prevent shortages, damages, and operational losses.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with system data.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate store staff to boost productivity and teamwork.
- Ensure proper arrangement, organization, and physical security of all store items.
- Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, and operational reports for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
- Liaise closely with the procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in store management or inventory control.
- Previous working history as a Store Manager, Stores Supervisor, or Inventory Officer.
- Strong working knowledge of modern stock control and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized inventory management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated high level of honesty, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
