About the Role
Bradfield Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Lead to oversee store operations, drive commercial growth, and deliver exceptional customer service at our retail locations in Ibadan (Palms Mall) and Port Harcourt (Old Aba Road). In this role, you will lead a talented team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure that our premium brand standards are consistently maintained to maximize profitability and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the achievement of store sales targets, revenue growth, and agreed commercial objectives.
- Ensure consistent compliance with store standard operating procedures, operational policies, and brand standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, resolving complaints promptly and building relationships with VIP clients.
- Manage store inventory, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor store employees, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Monitor operating expenses, manage petty cash, and oversee visual merchandising to reflect our premium positioning.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales management, or store management.
- Previous experience in fashion or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage store teams, drive accountability, and deliver commercial targets.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, financial awareness, and retail compliance.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Competitive net salary of 180,000 to 200,000 Naira.
