About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, serving over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a results-driven Store Executive to join our team in Warri, Delta State. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our local operations, ensuring seamless inventory control, excellent customer service, and efficient product maintenance to support our rapid growth in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory operations including stock receipt, dispatch, FIFO compliance, and daily cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate online logs for Goods Received and Goods Issued while preparing regular stock reports.
- Handle basic repairs for in-warranty returns, manage spare parts, and maintain repair toolkits safely.
- Keep the store clean, well-organized, and arranged by SKU following strict safety guidelines.
- Welcome walk-in customers, assess faulty components, verify warranty eligibility, and resolve queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory, store management, or a related operational role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, customer focus, and familiarity with the Warri territory.
