About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, providing innovative power solutions to over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to join our team in Anyigba, Kogi State, reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory by receiving, tracking, issuing, and dispatching stock in strict compliance with FIFO standards.
- Perform daily cycle counts, maintain stock cards, and update online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs.
- Conduct monthly stock takes, manage spare parts inventory, and handle faulty stock consolidation for proper disposal.
- Prepare accurate daily stock-on-hand and replacement reports for key stakeholders.
- Perform basic technical checks and repairs on in-warranty returns, while maintaining custody of repair tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized store and workbench environment that adheres to safety protocols and SKU arrangements.
- Welcome walk-in customers, assess warranty eligibility for faulty components, and assist field energy officers with queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory, store management, or a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a strong customer-first mentality.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Anyigba are distinct advantages.
