Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Language lessons tailored to diverse student learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve written and spoken English proficiency.
- Design innovative instructional strategies to enhance students' vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and public speaking abilities.
- Create an inclusive, interactive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to develop and update the English curriculum.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, academic meetings, and teacher-parent conferences.
- Possession of a degree in English Language, Education, or a related academic discipline with relevant teaching certifications.
- Proven professional teaching experience in a reputable educational institution.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English proficiency.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern pedagogical approaches for English Language instruction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
