We are currently looking for a talented Spa Therapist specializing in facials to join our professional wellness team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional spa treatments, massages, and advanced facial therapies tailored to individual guest needs and skin types.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Assess guest skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and retail products.
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction by providing courteous, attentive, and personalized service throughout their spa journey.
- Manage inventory of spa supplies, fresh linens, and skincare products while promptly reporting any equipment maintenance needs.
- Uphold the premium reputation of Grand Pela Hotels & Suites by adhering to strict professional and ethical conduct standards.
- Proven professional experience as a Spa Therapist, with a strong, verifiable portfolio of performing various facial treatments.
- Relevant certification, diploma, or formal training in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and modern facial techniques.
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in alignment with hotel operations.
