We are currently seeking a vibrant, professional, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our exclusive wellness team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring a seamless, luxurious, and tranquil experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all guests warmly and professionally, providing an exceptional and welcoming first impression of the spa facility.
- Manage the spa appointment booking system efficiently, scheduling treatments, consultations, and facility use accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, and availability with poise and discretion.
- Process payments, manage daily cash flows, and issue accurate receipts using the property management software.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and serene reception and waiting area that reflects the ultra-luxury standards of Velmonti Palace.
- Coordinate closely with therapists and wellness staff to ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional delivery of guest services.
- Educate guests on our exclusive product lines and luxury spa packages to drive retail sales.
- Minimum of OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end spa environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using spa booking software and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
