About the Role
Jubaili Bros Nigeria, a member of Jubaili Group Holding with a legacy dating back to the 1940s, is looking for a skilled Solar Specialist to join its growing renewable energy division. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional passionate about solar technology, customer satisfaction, and delivering reliable aftersales support across our solar energy solutions.
As a Solar Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our solar products through hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical guidance. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, manage warranty support, and maintain the high service standards Jubaili Bros is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical aftersales support for solar products and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and manage warranty support processes.
- Monitor solar system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and fault diagnosis on solar PV systems.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, diagnostics, and resolutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
